After that Jackson Hole weekend with the kids, Chad and I dropped the kids off at Grandma and Grandpa's house and stayed at the most wonderful little B & B up in Park City. It was called The Washington School Inn. Which was one of the three original school houses from back in the early mining days. It was seriously the most friendly, cozy, relaxing Bed and Breakfast we've ever been to. Anyway, our day started out with a wonderful little lunch at Bistro 412. I had the almond crusted goat cheese salad with poached pears. YUM! Then we walked around, into the galleries and the shops. Then we went to check in (Mrs. Jennings room - cute)and had a relaxing little wine and appetizer thing on their patio and met a few couples who were staying there. We ended our night with a wonderful dinner at Grappa. Then we went to bed early to make up on lost sleep. Of course, I kept waking up, thinking the kids were going to get up, but luckily I could go right back to sleep...but isn't that so likely? Anyway, I ended up very refreshed and rested.
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa. What in the world would we do without you? I'd be a psychotic, crazy-eyed, old yelly woman. Luckily I'm only yelly.
We highly recommend this B & B. Check out their website!
